Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026. These Terms govern New License Leads (the "Service"), operated by Sabr Software ("we", "us"). By purchasing, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Data Use Policy.

1. What you get

The Service delivers information compiled from government and other public records (FMCSA, CMS NPPES, Florida DBPR, Washington L&I, Texas TDLR and Texas HHSC public records). We organise, filter and format those records; we do not create or independently verify them.

2. Your licence

While your subscription is active (or, for a one-time report, after payment) we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the data for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the data, or combine it into a product you sell, without our written permission.

3. Prohibited uses

You will not use the data (a) to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act — the Service is not a consumer reporting agency; (b) to harass, stalk or discriminate against anyone; or (c) in any way that violates law. See the Data Use Policy.

4. Your responsibility when contacting anyone

You are solely responsible for how you contact people or businesses in the data, and for complying with every law that applies, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call rules, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing and privacy laws, and any professional rules that govern you.

5. Accuracy

Public records contain errors, omissions and delays. THE DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Verify anything important with the issuing agency before relying on it.

6. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and we don't give partial-period refunds. One-time reports: if we can't deliver your report, we refund you in full. Prices may change for future periods with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SABR SOFTWARE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Sabr Software harmless from any claim, fine, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the data, your contact with anyone in it, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or end access, without refund, if we reasonably believe you are breaching these Terms or the Data Use Policy.

10. Disputes

Before filing any claim, email support@sabrsoftware.com and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules; either party may use small-claims court. You and we waive jury trial and any class or representative action. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas; venue is Dallas County, Texas, subject to the arbitration clause.

11. General
