New License Leads is built for business-to-business marketing and research using public records. By using it you agree to these rules.

Allowed

• Introducing your product or service to businesses and professionals in the data.
• Market research, territory planning and sales prioritisation.
• Checking the public record of a business you already work with.

Not allowed

• Any use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act: deciding eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, tenancy or similar.
• Calls or texts that ignore the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry or state telemarketing laws. Auto-dialled or prerecorded calls and texts need the prior express consent those laws require.
• Emails without a working unsubscribe and a physical address (CAN-SPAM).
• Reselling, publishing or giving the data to anyone else.
• Harassment, discrimination, or contacting people at home about matters unrelated to their business.

Where the data comes from

FMCSA, CMS NPPES, Florida DBPR, Washington L&I, Texas TDLR and Texas HHSC public records. These are government records that the agencies publish for public access. We don't add personal information from other sources.
